About The Arts Society Ribble & Craven

Established in 1980 as Ribble & Craven Decorative and Fine Arts Society, changed to The Arts Society Ribble & Craven in 2018. Hugely popular society where membership is always fully subscribed at approx. 260

Our success is largely due to the volunteers on the committee, who – through sheer enthusiasm and dedication – run our society and deliver extraordinary educational, artistic and heritage activities year on year. The committee meet once a month in addition to each lecture meeting, to ensure the continued smooth running of the society, ensuring it remains vibrant and accessible to all

There are many ways to participate in the society and any level of contribution is welcomed, from becoming a committee member to serving tea and coffee for the lecture meetings.
